Established in 2020.Adoptees of Chicago was founded by and are run solely by volunteer adult adoptees, including our Team Leaders. We have many supporters within the Chicagoland adult adoptee community and also outside of our group. We would not be able to exist as we do without the generosity of time and resources from our various supporters. If you would like to support the continued work of Adoptees of Chicago in the adoptee community, please consider donating or volunteering for our group!
The founding members are very active in the Chinese adoptee community, but we wanted to create an adoptee community in the Chicagoland that was not specific to a particular country. |
Get involved! As a new group, we would love to meet young adult or teen adoptees at one of our socials! If you are interested in taking it a step further, we would love volunteers or any new ideas!
