Adoptees of Chicago’s mission is to create an adoptee-led, accepting community for teen and young adult adoptees through embracing diversity, supporting personal growth, and fostering social dialogue.

Kylie

Kylie was adopted from Nanning, China in 1997. She grew up in Iowa and moved to the Chicago area two years ago! She is a graphic designer and in her free time, she loves going to concerts and eating sushi!

Established in 2020.

The founding members are very active in the Chinese adoptee community but we wanted to create an adoptee community in Chicago that wasn't specific to a particular country.
